What if my order is defective?

We want to ensure all our customers receive quality goods and service. All of the product we sell are covered against manufacturer defect, and we aim to make sure your brewing experience is as easy and fun as possible. Please ensure you let us know if there are any problems with your goods as soon as possible by contacting Customer Service (888-932-9678)

You will not be entitled to an exchange or refund if:

  • you are responsible for the fault/defect
  • you were advised of the fault/default at the time of purchase
  • you discover that the item can be purchased cheaper elsewhere
  • the item was a free promotional item
  • the items were marked "On Sale"
  • the item was not received by Coopers DIYBeer within 30 days of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can try to accommodate order cancellations. We ship orders very quickly, and as a result some order may not be available to cancel.  Please contact Customer Servise as soon as possible if you wish to alter your order. Returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


What if the order I receive is incorrect?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please first check the order confirmation that was emailed to you upon purchase and the delivery note you received with your order to confirm you ordered the correct item and then contact Customer Service (888-932-9678) immediately.

Will my order ever be delayed?
Whilst we have measures in place to ensure stock levels are up to date at all times, sometimes we may not have everything that you have ordered in stock or we may experience a delay in receiving this stock. In this instance we will contact you to advise. Refund, exchange or waiting options will be raised at the time of contacting you.
